Fishing Report 1-27-16

Happy 2016 from Cumberland Bottom Ticklers! Old man winter finally arrived in Kentucky after a record breaking warm December. The Cumberland River is currently going through its winter time blow out stage. High and dirty water are the norm on the river right now.

I want to thank everyone who stopped by and said hello at this year's Kentuckiana Fly Fishing Show. I had a great time speaking to each and everyone of you.

Now is the time to be filling that fly box. Do yourself a favor and make your own dubbing, your flies will be much better. I'll be giving some pointers on this soon. Be sure a make those nymphs super buggy!

Spring isn't that far away!
